Already a Loft vendor:   Put your vendor number in the blank or you will have to resubmit.  (NOTE: If you are already a Loft Vendor and you put "111", you will be asked to resubmit.) 

If you are a NEW artist to The Loft and have never been given a vendor number: type "111" in the vendor # box. (You will be given a vendor number before the show.)
 

Your vendor number is how
you get paid!  Once you get it, put it someplace you can easily find it!!!!
